Remove both screws from the
blade.
If the clipper has a taper lever,
put it in the upmost position
(1).
Loosen the screws enough
so the blades are still held
in place, do not remove the
screws.
Clean dirt and hair from the
clipper using a small brush.
Position the tips of the top blade
teeth between 0.8-1.6mm back
from the bottom blade (1).
This step is important so the
blades do not cut too close or
allow the moving blade to touch
the skin.
Oil the underside of the bottom
blade.
Rest the top blade on the clipper
and put the bottom blade on top
with the at side facing towards
the top blade.
Tighten the screws to hold the
blades in place.
The extreme left hand tooth of
the top blade (2) must be cov-
ering, or be to the left of the rst
small tooth of the bottom blade.
The extreme right hand tooth of
the top blade must be touching
the big tooth on the bottom
blade (3).
If the blades fail to cut after alignment, cleaning, oiling and adjustment then there may be a problem with the internal tension in
the clipper or the blade could be blunt. It should be returned for service or service exchange (with blade).
