To qualify, your vehicle must be:
• Maintained as a collector’s item; and
• Older than half the number of years
between the current year and 1900.
• New Plate: $112
• Transfer Plate: $30

• A completed Special Interest Vehicle
Declaration.
To qualify, your vehicle must be:
• Maintained as a collector’s item; and
• At least 25 years old; or
• Sanctioned as Special Interest by an
established organization; or
• A street rod; or
• A high-mobility multipurpose
wheeled vehicle (HMMWV); or
• A racing activity vehicle.
