2. I would like to purchase the Google Pixel Watch2 and Pixel Buds A / Pixel Buds 2. Are they
available?
Yes, this will be available from 12 October, 09 00 on www.singtel.com/pixel and at selected Singtel shops.
3. Where can I purchase the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro?
The latest Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are now available islandwide at any of our Singtel Shops from 12
October 2023, 09 00. Shop online on www.singtel.com/pixel and take an extra $30 off the phone, on a
phone plan or with a SIM Only Plus plan.
4. I am interested in the latest Pixel 8 devices, by what means can I purchase the phone?
You may purchase the latest Pixel 8 devices with or without a plan.
Devices with plan:
• Phone plans with a 2-year contract
• Charge it to your Singtel bill via Singtel PayLater with 12, 24, 36-month instalments with a SIM Only
Plus 12-month contract
Devices without plan:
• Get the device and charge it to your Singtel bill via Singtel PayLater with 12-, 24- or 36-months
instalments. (Only applicable for Singtel Mobile customers)
• Available at Regular Retail Price (“RRP”) with full upfront payment, without a mobile plan
5. How do I check if I am eligible for recontract?
• You can log in to your My Singtel app, select ‘Manage plan’ and select mobile number.
• Log in to My Account and select your mobile number.
6. What kind of SIM card does the Pixel 8 devices require?
The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro is dual SIM compatible, it requires a compatible NanoSIM and comes with 1
SIM Card slot + 1 eSIM.
7. I’ve completed my phone setup but am seeing a notification that a ‘New SIM is needed’. What do I
do?

a phone plan. Do note that any balance in trade-in value cannot be given as cash or used on accessories.

The premiums are automatically renewed after the end of your trial. You can easily cancel it from the app
at anytime before the trial ends.
Singtel PayLater
1. What is Singtel PayLater?
Singtel PayLater: Singtel PayLater is an interest-free installment program that includes mobile device
installment payment plans in 12, 24, or 36 months with your Singtel bill.
2. Who is eligible for Singtel PayLater?
This is applicable to all Singtel mobile customers who are Singaporeans, Permanent residents, or
Employment Pass holders, age 21 years and above with a good credit rating.
Each customer can sign up for up to 3 Singtel PayLater installment plans per NRIC.
