6. How will I receive the $100 one-time bill rebate?
The $100 one-time bill rebate will be credited to your Singtel bill within 2 billing cycles. One-time bill
rebate will be used to offset their bill and progressive bills until the amount has been fully utilised.

7. How can I redeem the Samsung e-Voucher that is offered on purchases without any mobile
contract?
In-store purchases
i. You will receive a redemption card together with your device.
ii. Scan QR code on redemption card with your new phone.
iii. Log in to Samsung Members using your Samsung Members Account on the redemption portal.
Note: We recommend that you do so on your newly purchased phone as your phone
information will be automatically populated.
iv. Enter your date of purchase, device info, proof of purchase and serial number found on your
redemption card.

i. You will receive a redemption email from Singtel with the redemption details within 7 working
days from the delivery of your phone.
ii. Log in to Samsung Members using your Samsung Members Account on the redemption portal
on your new phone.

iii. Enter your date of purchase, device info, proof of purchase and serial number found on your
redemption card.
8. What is Singtel Mobile Protect (Screen Protect)?
When you purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 | Z Flip4 5G, it is covered against accidental
damages to the screen (cracked screen) at no additional charge with Singtel Mobile Protect (Screen
Protect).
Singtel Mobile Protect (Screen Protect) is a mobile phone insurance plan underwritten by Great Eastern
General Insurance Limited.
Coverage is valid for 12 months starting automatically from the date you activate the mobile phone
and ends automatically thereafter with no further action required from you (“Period of Insurance”). The
mobile phones need to be activated by 11 November 2022.
During the Period of Insurance, you will be entitled to a one-time replacement of a cracked screen on
the insured mobile phone due to accidental damage, up to the purchase price of the mobile phone or up
to a maximum of S$2,000, whichever is lesser.
9. What do I need to do in the event of a cracked screen with Singtel Mobile Protect (Screen
Protect)?
i. Call 6654 7599 (9am to 6pm, Mon to Fri, except Public Holidays).
ii. Be ready with your IMEI number and sales agreement / invoice / receipt for
verification.
iii. You may be requested by the Repair Service Centre personnel to share via
email more information, such as photos of the damaged mobile phone.
iv. The Repair Service Centre personnel will then arrange for you to visit the
nearest authorised repair center for the replacement of your damaged mobile
phone.

10. What is Singtel PayLater?
Singtel PayLater: Singtel PayLater is an interest-free instalment program that includes mobile device
instalment payment plans with your Singtel bill.
This is applicable to Singtel mobile customers who are Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent
residents, aged 21 and above with a good credit rating.
11. I would like to pay via Atome, what promotions are available?
$30 OFF with min spend of $500 for new Atome users available for purchases on XO Plus plans and
for phones without contract. Existing Atome users will enjoy $15 OFF with a minimum spend of $500.

12. What kind of SIM card does the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 | Z Flip4 5G require?
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 | Z Flip4 5G requires a Nano SIM. Tp enjoy Singtel’s extensive 5G network
coverage, you will need to change your SIM card to a 5G SIM, and be on a 5G enabled plan. The 5G SIM

15. How do I trade in my device online?
i. Check the expected value of your trade-in device on the Shopping Cart Page when signing up /
recontracting for your XO Plus plan.
ii. Your trade-in value will offset the upfront payment of your new phone and any balance cannot
be given as cash or used on accessories.
iii. Check that your device matches the trade-in criteria.

iii. No damage on LCD screen, display is sharp and clear.
iv. Comes with original

back as cash payment upon delivery.
