I undertake as under:
1. I have gone through the requirements and specifications mentioned in the checklist
with respect to submission of my OCI application.
2. I have uploaded all the required documents as well as submitted with my OCI
application.
3. I am aware that the Indian Embassy / Consulate reserves the right to ask for
additional documents for processing the OCI application.
4. In case any discrepancy is found or any of the documents/conditions is not found
as per prescribed parameters, my OCI application is liable to be rejected, and fee
may not be refunded.
5. I am aware that the Indian Embassy/Consulate is under no obligation to inform
reasons, if my OCI application is rejected and the decision of the
Embassy/Consulate will be final.
