This broadcast announces Supplement 5 for the State of California’s Unarmed Security
Guard Services Master Service Agreement.
A summary of the changes has been provided below:
• Clarified the user agency reporting and compliance requirements for Government
Code 19134 and California Code of Regulations 1896.370.
• Provided Attachment 3 – Sample GC 19134 and California Code of Regulations
1896.370 language for Departments to use in their contracts.
• Provided Attachment 2 - GC 19134 Example Template for reporting of the
requirements.
• Added service regions to the User Instructions Attachment 1 – Rates.
