in the high school course

qualify

UAA
credit.
2.
After
admission
to
the University
of
Alaska Anchorage,
to
receive nontraditional credit:
a.
Students must
work
with
their
UAA
academic advisor
to
determine the appropriate selection
of
articulated credits. Students may
not
receive university credit more than once
for
a given high
school course,
so
students will choose between
ES
A103
(3
credits)
or
ENGR
AlOSA&B
(2
credits)
or
CE
A201, depending on their career and academic pathway.
b.
Students
must
complete
the
nontraditional credit form
with
their
academic advisor.
c.
Students must pay a $25.00 per credit nonrefundable nontraditional credit transcription fee.
d.
Once
the
credit
is
awarded,
it
will be recorded permanently on the student's
UAA
transcript.
3. This articulation agreement
will be valid
for
5 years
from
the date
of
signing,
at
which point
it
may
be
renewed by mutual agreement.
4. The agreement may be revised/modified by mutual agreement
as
needed,
or
in the event
of
a
curriculum change
or
cancellation, discontinuance,
or
disapproval
of
any
of
the courses
or
programs.
5.
Both parties may advertise this agreement and advise students
that
this option
is
available
to
them.
6. Both parties agree
to
evaluate this program on an annual basis and in the context
of
student benefits,
program efficiency, and effectiveness.
