APPLE SCRAPPLE FESTIVAL TRADE SHOW APPLICATION

Thanks for your interest in the 2022 Apple Scrapple Festival Trade show. It is our 30
th
festival and we
are so excited about all that is planned! Please check your email regularly for important updates and
communication from us.
Spaces are available on a first come first served basis, and will be assigned as paid
applications come in. You may request if you would like to be on Laws or Walnut St. If you want
to be next to a friend, you will need to send your application in together or both of you should mark
that on your application.
Food/Drink items that are ready to eat/drink are not permitted to be sold in the Trade Show
area. Only pre-packaged food items are permitted.
Single spaces are 10' x 10' and the cost is $80. If you would like a double space (20' x 10') the cost is
$150. You must provide your own tables and tent, and they must fit within the allotted space
requirements. Because the Trade Show is in a residential area, electrical hook-up is not
available and generators are not permitted. Due to liability issues, we must insist that you do
not coordinate with a local resident to use their electrical outlets. Those who do not comply
with this will not be invited back.
Vendors should plan to arrive between 5:00AM- 7:30AM, and complete set up by 8:00AM.
Breakdown will start at 5:00PM and must be completed before 6:00PM when the streets will be
reopened to public traffic.
National Direct Sales Retailers (i.e. Origami Owl, LulaRoe, Thirty-One, Paparazzi, etc).
The first two National Direct Sales applications received from each company will be honored and will
be placed on opposite streets. Applications over the first one will be wait listed in the order received in
case of cancellation. If your organization only allows one vendor per event you must show that to me
in an official company publication (website, etc) as I am unable to keep up with the rules of each
organization.

Note: 1. All applications must be received by: September 16, 2022
2. The festival is rain or shine with no refunds.
3. Cancellations are accepted until September 16, 2022, no exceptions.
4. Vendor passes with festival day instructions will be mailed to you no later than
two weeks prior to the festival. You will need your pass to enter closed streets.
