ChaseQuickPayinourexamplebelow.However,weHIGHLYcautionyoutocallyourbankdirectly

BEFOREmakinganyupdatestoyourbankaccountprofileinformation.Somebanksplacea30‐day

securityholdonyourbankaccountwhichpreventsourtransferfromreachingyouandcanfurtherdelay

yourscholarshippaymentgettingtoyou.

Ifthisoptiondoesnotworkoryourbankisnotabletoaddasecondaryemailtoyouraccountwithout

thesecurityholdbeenplaced,wewillneedtorecallthepaymentifithasgoneouttoyouandrequesta

reissueofthepayment.YouwillneedtosendarequesttoyourGilmanadvisorstatingyouneedto

changeyouremailinourrecordsforthepaymenttransferandincludethenewemailaddressyouwant

updatedtooursystem.Wewillthenupdateoursystemandreissuethepayment.Thisreissueprocess

takes1‐3days.
