Initial Training Request Form
The purpose of this form is to request training for professionals working with stalking victims or
offenders. SPARC does not provide training to victims, students, or the general public.
Please complete all sections and email to emacdonald@stalkingawareness.org. We will be in touch
within one week of submission.
