Yes, all study sessions will be available
on-demand on the AWS Partner
Certication Readiness – Cloud Practitioner
website no more than ve business days
after the session ends.
Will I receive a digital badge upon
passing the AWS Certified Cloud
Practitioner exam?
Yes. Please allow ve-to-seven business
days for your digital badge to be delivered
to your Credly account. AWS Training
and Certication uses Credly to deliver
digital badges.
What should I do if I receive
a 403 Access Error when
accessing courses in
AWS Skill Builder?
Make sure that you choose to log into Skill
Builder as AWS Partner and enter your APN
Partner Central account information.
How do I register for the
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
exam?
To register for an exam, sign in to
aws.training and click Certication in the top
navigation. Next, click the AWS Certication
Account button, followed by Register for an
Exam. Find the exam you wish to take and
click the Schedule with Pearson VUE button.
You will then be redirected to the test delivery
provider’s scheduling page, where you will
complete your exam registration.

How can I update my profile?
To change your name on your AWS
Certication Account, please submit a ticket
to the AWS Training and Certication Support
team. Select Account Assistance as the inquiry
type and Name Change as the additional
details and include the requested information
in the description. If needed, our Support
team will request documentation to process
the edit. Once all necessary information is
submitted, please allow up to two days for the
change to be processed.
