From the accounts screen, choose

Statements or open the Things you

can do menu and choose

Statements from the Statements

and documents menu option.

We’ll list your current year statements for

your designated account. If you want to

change accounts, choose a different one from

the menu on the left. This is also where you

can choose to see analysis (billing)

statements, tax documents or check

downloads. You can find previous-year

statements, if available, by clicking the year.

To see or print a statement, choose the print

icon. To save a statement, choose the

download icon.

Order A Statement Copy

To have a paper copy of your statement mailed to you, simply tell us

which statement(s), verify and submit your order. We’ll mail a copy

within 10 business days.²

If you only need a single statement,

just tell us the month and year and

click Next.

If you need multiple, consecutive

statements, first choose Multiple

statements, and then let us know

the time period – selecting the

month and year.

Please verify your order is correct.

If it is, choose Order. We’ll confirm

that we’ve received your request,

and your statement(s) should arrive

within 10 business days.

You can see the checks and deposit slips that

have posted to an account.

From your accounts page, choose

the account tile you’d like to review.

We’ll show your recent account

activity.

Choose the image next to the check or deposit

slip you’d like to see. Please allow two business

days after a check clears or a deposit is made

for images to be available online.

• Checks: View the front and back of a check,

print it and/or save it as a PDF

• Deposits: View your deposit slip and any

corresponding checks. Print deposit details or

save the check images as a PDF.

The number of months we show images for is

based on your profile setup. If you need older

images that no longer appear online, you can

order a copy.

Search for Check Images

If the check you’re looking for isn’t in your current

account activity anymore, you can search for it and

we’ll either post it online or mail you a copy.

use the Search feature, as if you

were going to filter your

transactions.

Filter to search for a check within

your current account activity. If we

the check you’re looking for isn’t

listed, choose Search for older

checks.

Tell us information about

the check you want. We

need to know when you

wrote the check (up to

180-day range). If you

also know the check

number or amount, that

will help narrow the

results. We can return a

maximum of 150 checks

per search after you’ve

confirmed you want to

see a check or series of

checks.

Once we’ve found what you’d like to

see, we’ll post those checks online or

mail them to you. If we post them,

you can find them with your online

statements by selecting Statements

from your account screen or by

opening the Things you can do menu

and selecting Statements from the

Statements and documents menu.
