the Zone numbers for each.
2. Find the number of the Zone you are starting
“From” column, then read across to the Zone num-
ber where you will be getting off to find the fare

you want to catch the bus. Locate the letter
above the timetable shown on the
inside. Approximate times the bus
will be at that stop are shown
underneath each letter.
• Be at your designated bus stop prior to the
scheduled departure time.
• Have exact fare ready.
• Pull on rope or push button for stop request.
• Be sure the bus comes to a complete stop
before leaving your seat.
How to Ride
Transferring
You may transfer from one route to another route
to complete a continuous one-way trip. As you
board the first bus and pay your fare, ask the
driver for a Transfer. When boarding the second
bus, insert the Transfer into the farebox as pay-
ment of your fare. Please be aware that the
transfers are issued with an expiration time, so
you must board the first available bus at your
trans fer location. Transfers may not be used for
return trips on the same line. Transfers do not
count towards additional zone costs on your trip.

About this Route
The 246 Oswego - Syracuse travels between
the City of Oswego and the City of Syracuse
via: SUNY Oswego, City of Fulton, the Village
of Phoenix, Moyers Corners, and the Village of
Liverpool to Downtown Syracuse. Please refer to
the map for details on all areas served by this
route. In addition, most trips travel to Destiny USA
and the William F. Walsh Regional Transportation
Center before continuing to Downtown Syracuse.
All Centro buses are equipped with
mobility lifts or ramps to assist pas-
sengers in boarding and alighting the
vehicles and to accommodate mobility devices
classified as “common wheelchairs” according
to regulations set forth in the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). Please advise the driver
upon boarding of any special accommodations
required to facilitate your ride.
