[CAR WASH DISTRIBUTOR NAME]
SCOPE OF WORK
INTRODUCTION
A modern car wash is a building wrapped around a process. It is crucial, therefore, that
the building be constructed and finished to exacting specifications. This document
spells out the various responsibilities of the parties who will be working on the project.
In most cases, these will include:
Owner
General Contractor or Project Manager
Plumber
Electrician
Other Sub-Contractors
Oasis Distributor (referred herein as Car Wash Distributor)
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility for project completion falls on the owner or his chosen
General Contractor or Project Manager. Since it is his job to select and hire all Sub-
Contractors, the scheduling and supervision of these parties rests solely on him.
Project coordination is crucial to the timely completion of the project. Most construction
problems can be eliminated or their effects reduced by careful project management.
Another process which will help the project to run smoothly is the clear delineation of
the various job responsibilities which must be performed to complete the car wash
project. Following are the listed responsibilities for the parties involved.
OWNER
1) Obtain approved, complete set of building plans.
2) Obtain all necessary general building permits or licenses. Provide CAR WASH
DISTRIBUTOR with two (2) complete sets of final plans and provide two (2)
copies of any subsequent changes.

to size the water softening and reverse osmosis equipment.

this information for production and the scheduling of their crews.

WASH DISTRIBUTOR contract, less installation charges which are due at
completion of install and start-up. This must be done before equipment can be
off-loaded or installation work can begin.
