Visas

Persons who wish to apply for a Jamaican visa can send in their applications or can walk in to the

Embassy. It is important to note that the processing of visa applications can take between 5-10 business

days, as ALL applications have to be referred to Jamaica for approval. As such persons should submit

their application within a reasonable time before their proposed date of travel

Please note that your application does not guarantee you a visa and as such, like all other applications

the cost is non-fundable and any cost that is incurred or lost as a result of waiting time will not be

 A valid passport

 The completed application form

 A passport photo

 Travel itinerary

 Hotel reservations where applicable

 Bank Statement/job Letter (if requested)

 The applicable processing fee (and mailing of $20 for mail in applications)

Please note that cruise ship passengers do not need a visa to visit Jamaica.

Additionally US Green Card holders do not need a Visa to travel to Jamaica.
