of the death certificate and trust documents

6. I (we) understand that I (we) may be required to provide copies of the Trust documents.

I (we) am(are)the undersigned Successor Trustee(s), jointly and severally indemnify The Parking REIT (“TPR”) and

agree to hold TPR harmless from any liability (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any actual

improper or unsuitable actions resulting from instructions given to TPR by me/us. This indemnification is made

by me/us both in my/our capacities as Trustee(s) and in my/our individual capacity. I/We agree to inform TPR in

writing of any amendment to the Trust, any change in the composition of the Trustee(s), or any other event

which could alter the certifications made herein. The undersigned Trustee(s) acknowledge that TPR will neither

review nor interpret the Trust and that TPR relies solely on the information provided in this Affidavit of Successor

Trustee. We acknowledge the right to examine the Trust and agree to provide a copy of the Trust if requested.
